Return Process

  Log into your Kryptonite account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
